Precision Air Services Plc is a fast growing private Tanzanian airline which operates in
Partnership with Kenya Airways, with its strategies to expand wings beyond East Africa and
Africa.

POSITION: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
REPORTS TO: HR DIRECTOR
DUTY STATION: DAR ES SALAAM

ROLE PURPOSE OF THE STATEMENT
The L&D Partner, reporting into the HR DIRECTOR will be accountable for the Learning and
Development function across the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSBILITIES
 Ensure L&D strategy development and execution.
 Training needs analysis conducted to standard.
 Ensure training delivery in line with agreed plan
 Liaise with Line to ensure optimised development processes are implemented to
standard. This involves supporting the Performance Management processes to establish
need state and thereafter supporting the competence development process and
application of common tools to track competence growth in each unit of the business.
 Provide custody services of all employee training data
 Provide reliable training support for the each dept and the wider business.

 Degree in Social Sciences majoring in Public Administration/Human Resource
Management/Organisational Psychology.
 3-5 years work experience
 Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office programs
